About Tasha
As a graduate of Walden University with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health, I also come with years of working behind the scenes in the criminal justice field. I have personal experiences having been witnessed to the struggles and lack of access to intervention, prevention and recovery services that are available for all level of mental health needs. I provide compassionate, patient and whole person healing from support and resources for self-awareness too empowerment with healthy coping skills.
I specialize in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I have diverse experience from working with children, adolescents, adults, and elderly struggle with traumas, addictions, grief, loss, parenting and anxiety, depression and PTSD.
I am dedicated to determining the common patterns which affect most people in their journeys through life. Educating individuals in their ability for personal growth from the traumas that they have suffered.
I graduated with a Masters in clinical Mental Health from Walden College of Social and Behavioral Health. I hold in Chi Sigma Iota and I am an active member of the Peer Mentor program, assisting other students on their journey by providing education, financial, and community support.
