 It is the mission of Transcendence Counseling Center, LLC to make sure our services are accessible to everyone. 

We believe money should never stand in the way of good therapy so we offer reduced fees for sessions offered by our post-graduate resident therapists.

Using Out-of-Network Insurance Benefits

If you have an insurance plan that includes out-of-network benefits, you may be able to use it for our services.

While we will collect fees directly from you, you are able to submit the billing statements to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Contact your insurance provider to verify out-of-network benefits.

Payment

Transcendence Counseling accepts all major debt/credit cards as well as HSA/FSA as forms of payment directly through the client portal.

All payments are processed automatically within the hour after appointment end.

Cancellation Policy

The therapeutic relationship is based upon trust, with both parties accepting responsibility for keeping appointments.

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a no show fee. 

Emergencies will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
