Hello, I’m Jessica! My passion is in helping my clients find their unique voice and transcend their expectations by empowering them to take the steps toward their life goals. I strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for my clients to fully express themselves in counseling without fear of judgment. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Board Certified Clinical Sexologist, Certified Sex Therapist, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, and a doctoral student in Clinical Sexology. I am truly sex-positive, LGBTQ+ affirming, kink-friendly, sex-worker allied, and believe in Health at Every Size.
My Clients
You feel like the odd one out, even though you try your hardest to fit in with everyone else. You feel depressed or anxious and try to suppress it, pretending everything is fine while you are suffering. No matter how many people you talk to, you just can't seem to make a genuine connection. You may have many friends but still feel emotionally lonely. Despite your best efforts, you cannot form meaningful relationships with other people. You find it impossible to trust others enough to allow yourself to be vulnerable. It feels like you have zero sexual appetite or you feel disconnected from your body or others during sex. Maybe you've already had years of therapy, and while some troubling symptoms or behaviors have subsided, something is still missing.
My primary area of expertise is working with people struggling with issues related to body image, disordered eating, relationships, and sexual concerns. My intention is for you to gain a deeper understanding of who you are and who the people around you are, on all levels of being (heart, mind, body, and soul). I would love to accompany you on your journey to deeper connection and healing.
