About Stephanie

Stephanie Buhler, MA, RMHCI

Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern

Compassionate, Truthful, Empathetic, Dedicated, Attentive, Uplifting

Hello, I’m Stephanie! I believe it is important to tailor your therapy in a way that is unique to you and your story. I help my clients gain back control of their own life and while providing support and motivation. Together we can work to reach your ultimate potential in personal, professional, and spiritual growth and healing.

I am passionate about helping those who suffer from depression, anxiety, addiction, personality disorders, mood disorders, crisis intervention, trauma, and stressor-related disorders. I understand that these issues may stem from childhood trauma and stressful experiences.

I believe in using a strengths-based approach to help my clients discover their inner strengths and achieve their goals. I have experience working with adults, couples, and adolescents. My integrative approach is tailored to my clients’ unique needs, drawing upon evidence-based techniques like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and the Gottman Method for couples. Additionally, I incorporate expressive arts, mindfulness-based practices, and Sandtray Therapy to help you achieve the personal growth and healing you deserve.
