Hi, I’m Rachel, and it is my honor to offer my services as your therapist. I am first and foremost a humanist with a postmodern approach to therapy. I firmly belief that each individual is the ultimate expert in his/her/their life. YOU are the one with the answers to your problems that will foster healing and the changes you wish to see within yourself. I am here to help, collaborate, support, educate, and even learn from you.

I am not a cookie cutter therapist who believes that one size fits all. I borrow techniques from various theoretical approaches in order to tailor treatment that is unique to you. Whether you wish to dive deep into your past, focus on the here-and-now, look to the future, or all of the above, we will find what works together.

After a 20-year career as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I am accustomed to working with people of all ages from all walks of life on a holistic level. Regardless of personal ideologies, ethnicity, race, religion, spiritual beliefs, sexuality, gender identification, age, and/or behaviors, I offer a safe space where you can feel free to express yourself without fear of judgement.
