Now Hiring Virtual Executive Assistant

This is a work-from-home, independent contractor position with the potential to grow into an in-office position. We expect on average 5-10 hours per week with room to grow. Currently this position starts at $15-20/hr, depending on experience.

Candidates must be local to the Vero Beach area. 

Job duties include:

-Answering phones during normal business hours (9a-5p EST) This would mean answering calls if/when they come in, and tracking the time the call lasted
-Replying to client inquiries via various submission platforms 
-Responding to voicemail and emails from potential clients 
-Conducting brief client intakes to ensure fit
-Entering new clients into electronic health record (Simple Practice) and scheduling them into therapist’s calendar
-Sending electronic intake packet to new clients
-Tracking calls, emails, and time worked into weekly spreadsheet 
-Creating social media graphics
-Finding articles and blogs for social media marketing
-Scheduling social media posts

Potential for:

-Assisting with community events 
-Creating newsletters
-Creating copy for website
-Writing blog articles

As we grow, more duties may be assigned as needed

Experience needed: 

-Ability to answer live phone calls and emails in a timely manner in eastern standard time is essential to this position
-Must have phenomenal customer service, organizational, communication, writing and computer skills
-Must be efficiency-minded, able to both think and act independently and know when to ask for help
-Must meet and exceed HIPAA expectations of client confidentiality
-Experience with an electronic health record and virtual phone system
-Experience in medical and/or mental health field a plus. 

New hire must attend a one-to-two hour paid orientation meeting before starting.
